These cupcakes were made for my Boss who is a big fan of Superheros especially Batman. I hope him as his wife will enjoy them.

Easter cupcakes

This Easter I decided to bake some cupcakes. This was my first attempt of decorating with butter cream. Sweet and pleasant. I'm really happy that my neighbor's children helped me to eat them :-)

 

Princess Cake - Belle from Beauty and the Beast

After watching hundreds of videos I have found one that took my attention completely. It was a video of how to make a princess cake. I bought sugar paste that I have never used before and I think it does what it says on the label. I have spent hours modeling faces and it wasn't that easy as it looked on video.
Of course there are courses available that shows how to model the face however I thought that I will give it a go and see what happens.
My first Princess cake was made for a little lady named Michelle. That was present for her 5th Birthday. I just hope she enjoyed this cake as much as I enjoyed making it :-)
